I'm running 100K for Dementia UK

This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. Just £8 can cover the telephone costs for two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Just to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU!!! to everyone that has sponsored me. My target was £250 which has been surpassed 5 times over! You have raised £1377...   I cannot believe you have raised so much and it means such a lot to me personally and  to Dementia UK. The overall total for the event clocked up an enormous £232,262 .68 which will be used to help families that are dealing with this cruel and heartbreaking disease. Honestly I cannot express enough thanks to all of you. Maria xxx

Y'all, as you know Mummy Bear suffered with Dementia for a few years. It really is a heart-breaking illness. To try to help other families in similar situations I'm embarking on 100k in February in aid of Dementia UK. Any monies will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Dippy xx
