Hi, I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Any support you can give would be greatly appreciated.
