I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge

I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thank you!

Enjoy Life

Wednesday 8th Oct
As I could not do the September challenge, I have decided to take up the November challenge for Dementia, by celebrating the new leisure center and making the most of the swimming pool, and raising money for a very important cause. Thank you to everyone who is supporting me.

Well done Lynn. My dear Dad has dementia and has lived in a care home for nearly 15 years. It’s a cruel disease, and tears me apart every visit . I’d give anything for just one more lucid day with Dad.
