I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
Dementia has unfortunately affected people I know which has had a devastating effect on, not only them, but also their families so I thought I'd take on this swim challenge as a way of making a small but hopefully a bit of a difference.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
