I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge in memory of my Nanna Brenda who sadly passed away in October 2023.
I am taking part to raise funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
