November Swim Challenge

I am raising money for Dementia UK which is a charity close to my heart.
 I sadly did not get to meet my partners mum before she was diagnosed with dementia, but I have seen first hand the impacts this disease has on loved ones. This is also on behalf of my grandpa and uncle who suffered with dementia in their latter days. 
Any donation is greatly appreciated and I would like to thank everyone who has been so generous in donating so far. Every penny really does make the difference.
