I'm swimming 10K for Dementia UK in November
Hello lovely family and friends
My wonderful Auntie Pauline sadly passed away in September after living with severe dementia. With this in mind, I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK to help raise funds for families affected by dementia. Your support will be very much needed as I will be pushing myself to swim further than I usually manage each week!
