I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Saturday 29th Nov Well today was my final swim and I did it I increased my target and my sponser ship rotatable and have smashed them both I would like to thank everyone who has supported and sponsored me so very much Share
Week 3
Sunday 23rd Nov Week 3 now completed swam a total of 16km which is equivalent to 640 lengths of our swimming pool I did only challenge myself to 15km but have loved every minute so what the heck I’m going for 20km Thank you all for you donations and asking how is going really appreciate it ❤️❤️ Share

Saturday 15th Nov Well at the end of a week that started a bit bad I’ve smashed 10 k my new target is now 15k wish me luck xx Share

Friday 7th Nov I’ve today completed my 1st week of swimming and have swam 6.4 km which is 256 lengths of Valley pool. I’m really proud of what I’ve achieved and would like to thank everyone who has sponsored and supported me so far

Wednesday 5th Nov Wednesday 5th of November today I swam my 3rd swim of the week 4.8km in total now that’s a total of 192 lengths

Sunday 26th Oct This November I’m swimming 10k for dementia uk a cause close to my heart as you will know my mum has had dementia for about 8 years and it’s in a downward decline now so I’ve found swimming has helped on my bad days I would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me for this challengeThank you to my Sponsors
