So as you all know I love a swimming challenge and I normally just do 5km which I know I can do! 

This time I’m swimming for something that has been apart of my families lives , very  close family friends and a much loved neighbour! 

Seeing what they have been through or are going through I’ve decided to actually challenge myself and swim 10km in November!  And raise awareness and as much money as I can to help as many people I can who have dementia or a loved one with it!
