I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge

My mum Eilish had Vascular Dementia, it was brutal, it was devastating and life changing, not only for mum, but for all of her family as well.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thank you

My Updates

2.9 kilometres so far

Tuesday 11th Nov
2.9 kms does not seem like much but broken down into metres it looks more impressive! It has been hard work, but I already feel more fit and able to complete this challenge.
All in I have swam 2900 metres, mainly in the swimming pool, I have completed one long swim in the loch and plan to do more loch swims for this challenge.

THANK YOU everyone who has been supporting me and thank you to those who have donated :)

Wee update
