I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

I'm hoping to inspire friends and family to donate so I'll be sharing this.  I'm planning my last November swim on Thursday 27th November after a gym session.

30 lengths at 6.30am this morning.  Cycled to the pool in the drizzle.
