I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK

This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.

Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.

Every day at Trust Home Care Ltd, our amazing carers support people living with dementia. We see the challenges that dementia brings, not only for the person living with it, but for the families who love and support them too.

It can be heartbreaking watching someone slowly lose pieces of the person they once were. But alongside those difficult moments, we see something incredibly powerful every day — compassion, patience, dignity and genuine love from our carers.

So this September, a group of us from Trust Home Care Ltd are putting ourselves through 30 miles of walking to raise money for Dementia UK! 🥾

We're doing it for the people we care for, for their families, and for every carer who goes above and beyond to make someone's day just that little bit better.

30 miles. One team. One very important cause. 💙
