I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

🩷 Dementia Matters 🩷
Tuesday 30th Sep Hi, I’m Kristy. I’ve been a carer for 16 years and love my job so much I couldn’t imagine doing anything else, but let’s rewind back 16 years a 24 year old helping to look after her Nana who was having difficulties with her memory, which eventually progressed to Dementia 🥹 a scary experience for our whole family as we watched my once a bright bubbly, talkative geordie nana slip away infront of our eyes. I enjoyed helping her with her personal care, medication, general well being and a whole lot more, which pushed me to quit my job and start my caring career.Thank you to my Sponsors
