I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February my sister and I are running/ walking / jogging 100K (50k each) and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for my Bamps who unfortunately has been diagnosed with this cruel disease last year.. .
