I'm knitting everyday in November for Dementia UK
This November, I'm taking on the Dementia UK November Knitting Challenge by knitting every day and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone.
Dementia affects millions of people, changing lives in ways that can be overwhelming and heartbreaking. That's why I'm supporting Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity. Their Admiral Nurses provide expert advice, practical support and compassionate guidance to families when they need it most.
Just £33 could fund a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour supporting a family, helping them understand their options, cope with difficult situations and feel less alone.
Thank you for helping me make a difference this November. Your support means so much. 💙

For Mum and Dad
Saturday 10th Oct I lost my darling Dad in 2022 to dementia and related issues. Of course, in reality, I’d lost the proud man that I loved so much many years earlier when dementia took over his life.Thank you to my Sponsors
