I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

One mile a day 💙
Sunday 30th AugWalking One Mile a Day for Dementia 💙
This year, Luke and I have decided to take on a challenge that means a lot to us — walking one mile every day for dementia awareness and support.
It might sound like a small challenge, but one mile every single day soon adds up. More importantly, every step is a chance to raise awareness of dementia and show our support for the many people living with dementia, as well as their families and carers.
We’ll be getting out together, whatever the weather, putting one foot in front of the other to get the miles done. Some days will be easy, some might be harder, but we’re determined to keep going.
For us, this walk isn’t just about the miles. It’s supporting those affected and helping to shine a light on dementia.
We’d love for you to follow along with us as Luke and I take on our 1 mile a day challenge. If you’re able to support us with a donation, a share, or even just some encouragement, it would mean so much.
1 mile. Every day. Every step counts. 💙
Thank you for supporting us and helping us make a difference.
