I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families like ours affected by dementia. I will be swimming 15km during the month and would be grateful for your support.

As a family we know how tough this journey is for families and I would like to help in some small way.

Training has started and the plan is to swim 1 kilometre every other day in November and that will get me to 15km by the end of the month !
