Swimming for my Super dad, Hugh Phoenix.

We are slowly loosing my fabulous father to dementia. It is a slow painful loss that gets worse day by day. So…. I am donning my subtle fluorescent pink swimming hat and will swim as much as I can to help raise money for dementia uk. 
Dad was an amazing swimmer and he would have loved this so I’m going to make him proud. 
Any sponsorships and words of encouragement will be greatly received ! 

One in two of us will be affected by dementia in our lifetime. Families living with the condition are often left feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and alone. With your support, together we can provide vital specialist dementia nursing services, so more families can access our life-changing support and live as well as possible, for as long as possible.
