I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia.
I've taken on the 10k swim challenge and would be eternally grateful for your support!
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
