I'm walking 30 Miles in September for Dementia UK
This September, I'm walking 30 Miles and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support.
Your donation, big or small, makes a difference. £33 could fund a new dementia specialist Admiral Nurse to spend an hour helping a family in the community, offering practical solutions and emotional support to cope with their loved one’s distressed behaviour.
Thank you!

My Updates
This one’s for you, Mum. ❤️ 30 miles. 30 miles of memories. And hopefully 30 miles towards a future where fewer families have to experience dementia.
Wednesday 2nd SepThis September, I’m taking on the challenge of walking 30 miles for dementia, in memory of my beautiful mum, who lived with Alzheimer’s. ❤️
Anyone who has watched someone they love live with Alzheimer’s or dementia will know that it doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed — it affects the whole family. You gradually watch someone you know and love change, while still loving them just as fiercely through every stage.
Losing my mum has left a huge space in my life, and I wanted to do something positive in her memory.
So, throughout September, I’ll be getting those miles in — 30 miles for Mum. 🥾❤️
Every mile will be a little tribute to her and to all the other families living with the devastating effects of dementia.
If anyone would like to sponsor me, no matter how small the amount, I would be incredibly grateful. And if you can’t donate, sharing my page would mean just as much.
