We are taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
As you may know, a few days after Christmas 2023 our wonderful Dad became unwell and following a Covid infection was diagnosed with dementia. He sadly passed away on the 21st December 2024, less than a year later. We miss him every day, but we are thankful he is no longer suffering from this incredibly cruel and devastating disease.
In his memory, we are walking 50 miles this October with Ted 🐶 and raising funds for families affected by dementia. We would be very grateful for any donation or support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Tuesday 28th Oct In our final week of the sponsored walk! With the kids back at school we’re hoping to mash the target very soon! Thank you again for the donations, we are so grateful to be able to raise over £500 for DementiaUK in our lovely Dads memory. He’s been in our thoughts every step of the way and we’ve seen lots of robins giving us the encouragement to keep going. Share
