I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I have decided to take part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK to raise valuable funds for this charity. As a family we are personally affected by this; my mum was diagnosed a few years ago and we have seen gradually over time how this disease impacts her life negatively.
