I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

This weeks swim
Sunday 23rd Nov Brisk early morning swim today reached my target of 4000 meters this week.
Finally back in the water
Sunday 16th Nov I had to take some time out as needed to keep my face dry after a procedure ( eyebrows) , but thanks to a snorkel mask I can get back in the water and continue my challenge another 1000 down
