Throughout This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK,  Your donation, big or small, makes a difference.

Doing this for my grandad who was unfortunately diagnosed with multi faceted dementia, and want to show that he doesn't have to face this battle alone and  others who are also do not.

My granda, was recently diagnosed with multi -faceted dementia aka Mixed dementia, 
My gran, who looks after him 24/7 , doesn’t leave his side always with him, making sure he’s fed well and always got a cuppa in hand,  to relieve some stress of my gran i thought i could stay in the spare room and relieve it slightly and let her have some time to herself even for afew hours a day as everyone needs it, it was then I realised its not just the people that are diagnosed, its also the family members too, 
So i’m doing this for all the granny’s and granda’s, aunt’s and uncle’s, mum’s and dad’s, sister’s and brother’s, who have either been diagnosed with dementia or have a relative living with dementia x
