I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK in loving memory of my late aunt, Margaret Adams and to raise funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
I am hoping to swim 15 kilometres and would be grateful for donations of £10 or more from friends and family to reach or exceed my goal of raising £1000. I will keep you updated on progress. I've started and it is going well.

Monday 24th Nov Today I clocked another kilometre, bringing my total to 14 kilometres. One kilometre to go to reach my total! Thanks to all who have donated Share
First five kilometres done!
Wednesday 5th Nov It’s bonfire night and I’m celebrating with 5 kilometres under my belt. I have slightly jelly legs and the faint whiff of chlorine about me but I’m buoyed on by your support and generosity.
Today’s the day and I’ve raised £2000!
Saturday 1st Nov It is the 1st November and the big swim challenge begins. In five days time or at the end of the week, I hope to post that I have completed my first five kilometres.
