I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge

Before my Mother was diagnosed the GP refused to listen to what our family was telling them. This made us feel alone and frustrated. A phone call to Dementia UK was so reassuring. It felt like someone actually heard what we were saying and gave me invaluable advise as to how to move forward and insist on speaking to someone in a position to properly assess what was going on. I cannot thank that person on the other end of the phone enough so this is my way of supporting the amazing work they do and help other families in the same awful position. Thank you so much. It will genuinely help people.
