I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge

I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Supporting people living with dementia

I'm walking with my dog Terry to raise money to support those living with dementia or their families, which is something that is close to my heart after caring for my Nan before she passed away.  It can be terribly difficult and upsetting to see your loved one deteriorate and forget who you are. But with raising these funds we can raise awareness and funding to support those who are diagnosed and their loved ones to help live a meaningful and fulfilled life ❤️
