I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge

I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Building up to October

So we go out anyway and enjoy our walks and foraging, so why not raise some money while we do it.
Everyone who knows me, knows I am passionate about Dementia and living in that world where and when we need to.  Hopefully, any small donations would be greatly appreciated and support people in certain situations.
Beebee and I will ensure that we share updates on our walks and will log the distance on OS Maps or Health throughout.
