I'm running 100K for Dementia UK in memory of my Grandma
I’m running in memory of my incredible Grandma, who we sadly lost just before Christmas. She lived a long and happy life but unfortunately, like so many, she was affected by dementia in her later years. It was a painful journey for her and for our family, but we also learned a great deal about the importance of support, care, and awareness.
In her honor, I’m running 100km in February to raise funds for Dementia UK, a charity that provides vital support to families going through similar experiences. Your donation, no matter the size, will help improve the lives of those affected by dementia and provide families with the care and resources they need during incredibly challenging times.
