I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

4th day swim
Monday 17th Nov Didn't feel 100% today so thought id not do much, but once in the pool I just went for it 71 lengths in 52 minutes, "just keep swimming". Feel great now. Xx Share3rd day swim for Dementia Charity
Wednesday 12th Nov Just to keep you whose sponsored me up to date that I am swimming. Today I did 66 lengths in 49.43 mins so alittle faster. Very happy I've got back in the pool. Tuesday 11th Nov Went for it today did 66 lengths in 51.18 minutes. Very happy, if I can keep this up I may up my kilometres will see how I go. Please help with this great charity, everybody knows someone or some families suffering with this awful disease. Please donate. Thank you xx Share1st Swim
