I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Monday 24th Nov 800M - note to self - check prior to a night swim that there isn't a kids lesson on half hour through swimming 🤦♀️😆 Share

Saturday 15th Nov New swim watch should be arriving today but managed a good 40 laps of the 25m pool before 8am. 😊 13.025km down! Share

Saturday 15th Nov Swimming along wonderfully when my swim watch broke around the 1.5km mark... continued swimming but no idea how far I actually swam 🥹

Wednesday 12th Nov 1.275km to add to the bag this afternoon! Over half way there!
