I’m walking 100 Miles in September and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Sunday 7th Sep I’ve tried to get out for walks as much as possible this week. It’s easier when I’m off work (and when the weather’s nice!) of course, but I’m still trying to make an effort.While I walk on my own I think about things deeply, and have been pondering how fast life goes by and how illnesses impact us all as we age. Anything we can do to support older people and those with disabilities can have a huge impact, even if it’s only a small act.
