I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
After working in home care with older people - many who have dementia- I have seen the toll this disease takes on both the individual and the family member or support system around them.
This cause is something I am very passionate about. Every pound donated helps support someone going through an extremely tough time!
