I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Thursday 27th Nov Another 42 lengths completed today which means only 14 lengths left to do tomorrow! I will probably go over the 5km target now as I may as well make the most of the 50 minutes in the pool 😊💖 Share
