I'm walking 62 miles in May
I’m walking 62 miles in May and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Up and walking….
Monday 5th May Day 5 and I’ve completed my 3rd walk and ticked off around 8 miles of the challenge, not too bad considering I tweaked an old back injury on Friday. Hopefully, all well with it and I can push on with some longer walks next week.Thank you to my Sponsors
