I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I’m swimming 10kms in November for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. Sending my love to two friends who are very dear to me, and a family that is very close to mine and used to bring fun to my childhood.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
