Took a celebratory photo of my swimming kit this morning after completing my swim challenge for Dementia UK! There was a brief pause while the wonderful Sutherland Swimming Pool was under maintenance, but I’m delighted to have finished. Thank you so much for the kind donations.

Bit Less Pasta Next Time!

Monday 3rd Nov
Second swim of the challenge tonight and surprised myself with  50 lengths. 

Maybe the bowl of pasta just beforehand was not such a bad idea after all …. 

So It Begins!

Kicked off my November Fundraising Swim Challenge for Dementia UK this morning with a 1km swim — probably the furthest I’ve swum since school… and I’m definitely feeling it now! Ouch.
