I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK. This is a cause very close to my heart with two of my grandparents being affected by this horrible disease. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
