I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Second swim and reached over half way!
Wednesday 5th Nov After roughly 2 hours and 45minutes in the pool on the 4th I'm pleased to report I have reached 3.275km of my total goal (5k) and have completed 131/200 laps Share
First swim done
Monday 3rd Nov Done my first 750m in the pool! That's 30 laps in 45 minutes and 30/200 total laps completed to reach my goal! ive swam a total of 750m but accidentally recorded it as 750km, oops! Unfortunately there is no way I can delete the data that I can see but I will keep updating you all manually through this blog every time I do a swim, next time I aim to do at least twice as many laps! have a great day! Wednesday 29th Oct Never really done a sponsorship thing before but here we go, raising money for dementia in memory of my grandad duck. Swimming is something I love to do so this will be a good encouragement. I've got a tally clicker on the way and I will be calculating my lengths for fun after every swim session. Happy Halloween!
