I'm Swimming 15K for Dementia UK in memory of my Grandad!
In memory of my Grandad, I'm taking part in this year's November swim challenge- swimming 15k to raise money for Dementia UK and the work that they do support the families affected by dementia.
No one should face dementia alone and I know from personal experience how important the work that they provide is for families all over the UK.
No donation is too small and I would be grateful for any support!
