I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
Anyone who knows me knows "sporty" isn’t really my thing. But this November, I decided to challenge myself and found the perfect one. I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK to raise money for families dealing with dementia. Would really appreciate your support.
£33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Dementia care has been a big part of my life — I’ve always been interested in it and trained in this area. It felt right to join this challenge, push myself a bit, and help people who need it most.

Tuesday 4th Nov When I first chose to go for 5K I thought to myself "that's a bit low..." But I know I am not a very strong swimmer, so why would I set myself up for failure? 5K is geat!
