I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

Wednesday 15th Oct A leisurely walk around the lakes today. We saw a beautiful heron. 41 miles completed! Passed halfway. Share
Day 6
Monday 6th Oct Was away for the weekend but back into walking today. Took my friend Ray for a walk along the Thames. Ruby was delighted as she got to swim and chase the ball. Share

Thursday 2nd Oct A lovely 4 mile walk today on a warm autumn day. Both loving this challenge 🥰. 3 days away now without Ruby so will recommence on Monday. 🚶♂️ Share
