Hi my name is Eloise ,
I am sooooo passionate about raising money for a charity that supports dementia due to having both sets of grandma/nanny on each side of the family battling with this illness .
I would do anything to try and help have a positive impact on helping those who have loved ones with dementia and the people themselves going through it 
Every Sunday I plan to do 125 laps at my gym pool to total to 10km by the end of November
