I'm taking part in the November Swim Challenge
I’m taking part in the November Swim Challenge for Dementia UK and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
I am taking on this challenge as I have friends who are sadly suffering from dementia and are familiar with how very difficult it is for the families.
Also, it will make me swim every weekday in November which is going to be very challenging for me! ( Jon is modelling my new headwear )
