I'm taking on Dementia UK's 24/7 challenge. This Carers Week, I'm moving 24 miles in seven days for the 700,000 carers providing 24/7 support for a loved one with dementia. I would be grateful for your support.

An £10 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
