How do I sign up?

To sign up for the challenge, register here.

When you register, your fundraising page will be automatically set up for you.

Can I take part as a team?

Yes! When you register, simply choose to create or join a team. If you've already registered, log into your account and click on the ‘Create team’ tab, you can then create a team fundraiser and invite others to join you.

Where and when is the challenge?

This is a virtual challenge so you can do it throughout Carers Week - whether that's walking in your local area, park or gym. You can do it together with your colleagues.

Is there an entry fee?

No, taking part in our 24/7 challenge is free!

Is there a fundraising target?

There is no fundraising target for this challenge – we just ask you to raise as much as you can for families affected by dementia.

How do I get fundraising materials?

Once you register for the challenge and, reach out to Dementia UK's Corporate Partnerships team at corporate.partnerships@dementiauk.org, and we’ll send you materials you need (e.g. balloons, banners). Please note it may take up to two weeks to arrive.

Can I raise money offline with a sponsorship form?

The easiest way to send cash donations to Dementia UK is by donating to your online fundraising page. You can fundraise offline instead, using the sponsorship form in your fundraising pack to pay in:

Please email corporate.partnerships@dementiauk.org for your supporter reference number.

Send in a cheque made payable to Dementia UK. Enclose a note including your full name, the email address that you used to register, and an explanation that you raised the money for Dementia UK's 24/7 Challenge. Post it to us at:

How do I keep track of how many miles I've done?

Strava is a free and easy way to track your miles and share your progress with your supporters and team members. We’d recommend downloading the Strava App to log your activity.

We can also send you our paper tracker, if you prefer log your miles this way.

Don’t forget to post on your fundraising page to update your team and supporters by writing a blog, share a picture or upload a video!
