I’m walking 62 Miles in October and raising funds so that families affected by dementia get the specialist help and advice they need. I would be grateful for your support.
An £10 donation can cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.

In memory of my mum
Tuesday 30th SepHi all,
This October I’m joining the fundraising walk for Dementia UK. I’ll be honest, I don’t do nearly enough steps most days, so this is a good way to hold myself accountable while raising money for a cause that means the world to me.
I’m walking in memory of our mum, who passed away on 26 November 2024. Dementia is known as the long goodbye and it truly is. Watching someone you love fade away is heartbreaking. I hope that this small effort can bring some much needed support to those who are going through this now.
