I'm running 100K for Dementia UK
This February, I'm running 100K and raising funds to help ensure no family faces dementia alone. I'm taking on the challenge for Dementia UK, the specialist dementia nursing charity, and would be grateful for your support. When I was a teenager I grew up with my Gran suffering from Dementia I never really understood it until my older years when I seen the terrible effects it had on my best friends mother-in-law (Josie or Granny Jojo) whom I knew for 18 years watching her health deteriorate from an absolute legend the fittest wee wummin in the shire who attended all her dance classes, who probably had a better social life than anyone of her age I knew. Dementia unexpectedly became part of her life & her family’s life. I am running to raise awareness of this terrible disease. I would be extremely grateful for any sponsor's much appreciated Debs x
