I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

Still walking
Friday 31st Oct After 9 days wiped out me and Fletcher have slowly been building up and walks again. I’m a little behind my 75miles but I’m proud to say I aim to make it by Tuesday. Fletcher has smashed it with Jason and Tei taking him out but as a duo we have 10miles to go.
Nasty virus
Friday 24th Oct Sadly I’m behind the target I wanted to be at after being hit with a nasty virus and my lungs having a battering. I’m hoping to get to target by the 31st…. Share
Feeling proud
Wednesday 8th Oct It’s been a tough couple of walking days with my bad toe but I’ve still managed 2 miles each day. I’m proud with what I’ve completed and know Fletcher will enjoy catching up on the miles when I’m back on form Share
Owchie
Monday 6th Oct The sun is shining and I’ve managed a short hobble of 2miles coz I now have an infected toe. It’s not going to stop me! Got antibiotics so hopefully I’ll be able to get those miles in, in a few days time Share
