I'm taking on the October Dog Walking Challenge
I’m walking 75 miles with my dog this October and raising funds for families affected by dementia. I would be grateful for your support.
An £8 donation could cover the telephone costs of two families seeking support through Dementia UK's free Helpline. £33 could fund an hour with a dementia specialist Admiral Nurse, helping a family with practical solutions and emotional support.
Thank you!

Walking 75 Miles This October for My Dad and for Dementia UK
Wednesday 10th SepThis October, I’m taking on the 75 Mile Dog Walking Challenge to raise money for Dementia UK, a cause that means so much to me.
My dad is living with dementia, and every day we know the impact it has on his life and on our family. Dementia takes away memories and independence, but with the right care and support, people affected can still experience dignity, joy, and connection.
By walking 75 miles throughout October with Jack 🐕 🐾 I hope to raise vital funds for Dementia UK. The money will go towards supporting families like mine and helping to fund research into better treatments and care for those living with dementia.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference — and will keep me motivated to put one foot in front of the other each day.
Your kindness will carry me through each mile, and it will make a real difference for those who need it most. 💙🐾
